Job Description

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- Product Owner to join the Product team, which owns troubleshooting customer-facing technologies (ie. Internet Support - troubleshooting customer process flows, looking at data to identify efficiency/optimization opportunities)
- Working with the internal team focused on building "workflow" software
- Leveraging data to influence development strategy - identifying areas where performance can be optimized or experience can be improved
- Working with designers to improve customer-facing experiences
- To collect & leverage data to identify issues & opportunities for enhancement
- Bachelor's degree in Product development, Industrial or System Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
- Experience working within scaled agile development team. SAFe POPM, Scrum.org PSPOI, or CSPO certifications desired.
- Product Management experience - understands road mapping and defining business problems
- Business Analysis - Story writing
- Written and Verbal skills
- Domain knowledge in telecom industry
- Data analysis skills
- 7 years of product owner experience with proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Experience within high tech, software and/or broadband wireline/wireless/telecom industry is highly desired
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development
- Strong analytical skills using multiple complex data sets and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders
- Business Analysis experience working to define iterative agile requirements
- Technical skills would include Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Scaled Agile Framework, Story Writing & Agile roadmapping
- Front-end experience (UI/UX)
- Can work autonomously, problem-solve, be forward-thinking
