Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional for a temporary contract position to assist in the design and development of Airtable interfaces and project management tools.
- Design, develop, and optimize Airtable interfaces to support project management initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs and translate them into functional Airtable solutions.
- Create customized workflows, dashboards, and reports using Airtable's features.
- Provide recommendations and best practices for streamlining project management processes using Airtable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Airtable configurations and usability.
- Document configurations, processes, and training materials for end-users as needed.
- Proven experience in Airtable interface design and development.
- Strong project management expertise, with the ability to manage workflows and deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within tight timelines.
