- Lead and supervise all phases of solar construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process to maintain high standards.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide project execution effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role, with a strong background in supervising construction projects.
- Electrical License.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and best practices in the construction industry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- A commitment to safety standards and practices on job sites.
- The ability to travel 85%.
