We are a busy estate planning law firm in Southwest Minneapolis, is searching for a full-time estate planning attorney to join our dynamic team. We hire passionate, motivated, goal oriented, organized problem solvers who have great interpersonal skills and a desire to help clients achieve their goals while providing an outstanding client experience. We create wills and trusts for families so they can feel secure that their loved ones are cared for, and we do it in a way that is easy to understand and puts clients' worries at ease. We pride ourselves on helping our clients achieve their goals while providing an outstanding client experience.
Perform a wide variety of functions to support the firm including : Create wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, etc. for your clients
Discuss plans with clients for distributing their assets
Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action
Cultivate relationships with the firm's existing and future clients by maintaining consistent and timely communication
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, required
Must have an active MN law license
Minimum of 2-5 years of estate planning experience
Experience with dispute resolution, probate, elder law, MA benefits, special needs planning, or litigation a plus
Highly proactive approach to professional work and relationships
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills
Motivation to grow professionally, financially, and personally
