Job Description
- Conduct consultations, handle client meetings, answer client questions, review legal documents, draft documents
- Oversee Associate Attorney and / or Law Clerk, research pertinent codes / cases, work with support staff, and participate in firm social events, as desired.
- Perform fulfilling work for our clients and their families by protecting them from excess costs, taxes, and probate traps.
- Some same day travel may be required. We have offices in Irmo, Simpsonville, Bluffton, and Charleston. In office requirement is a minimum of 3 days a week.
