Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- The consultant will play a crucial role in providing strategic insights and analysis to support our i-STAT division.
- Market Sizing Estimates and Projections: Develop comprehensive market sizing estimates and projections to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Competitive Analysis and Market Share Monitoring: Conduct detailed competitive analysis to monitor market share and identify key competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
- Monitoring Industry Trends and Technological Advancements: Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Assessing Product Sales Performance and Potential by Care Setting: Analyze cartridge sales performance across different care settings, including patient reach, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Data Modeling and Analytical Tools: Design and execute data modeling and analytical tools using scarce data to ensure quick collation of data for delivery of informed and insightful estimates to support multiple ad hoc requests, corporate reporting, and commercial needs.
- In-depth Market Analysis: Perform in-depth, timely analysis of market size, growth, and share performance at country, region, and product levels.
- Identify and monitor key market trends, laying out well-thought-out rationale for key assumptions and inputs.
- Standardize historical performance and trend analytics to forecast market size, growth, and share.
- Update data sets as needed in support of executive presentations and ad hoc requests.
- Retrieve and aggregate market data from multiple primary and secondary sources into a digestible and actionable format.
- Sales Reporting and Analytics: Own the sales reporting and analytics within the Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) team.
- Run monthly/quarterly, and ad hoc reports using Power BI, Financial Reports, IQVIA Market Size and Share data, etc.
- Build dashboards or other tools that team members can use daily.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Keep the organization's strategic intent at the forefront of planning, decision-making, and action.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business, marketing, mathematics, data science, statistics, or related fields.
- Understanding of data analysis.
- Practical working experience with data visualization, allowing it to be applied in basic routine situations with minimal guidance or supervision.
- 3-4 years experience in data mining, forecasting, finance, or other analytics; proven success working with large data sets, integrating data from different data sources, and building reports/models from scratch.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to gain insights from data, effectively summarize insights, etc.
- Proficiency with Excel (comfortable building complex formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to operate independently within own scope of responsibility under general supervision.
- Sense of urgency, and ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, data-driven, multi-cultural environment and a team player.
- This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
