Job Description :
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in React, Typescript, Javascript, Python, Microservice Architecture, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
In this role, your primary focus will be on leading and developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js and other UI libraries - integrating with microservices, and building new features across javascript and python applications.
This individual will also be working with backend Python applications using Flask, Django, and FastAPI.
You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical direction of our projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and scalable solutions.
Develop well organized high-quality scalable applications using Typescript, React, Javascript and a working knowledge of Python, Microservices, PostgreSQL or SQL, and NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of Unit Test best practices and implementation to CI / CD
Experience in ensuring zero-downtime with highly observable system monitoring and effective logging
Design and implement modular system and component architecture.
Engage in all software development stages, from conceptualization to deployment.
Drive engineering peer / code reviews and provide mentorship in a supportive manner.
Prototype and spike new and old functionality for proof of concepts, feasibility, and estimation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in TS, Nextjs, State Management, and newer libraries.
Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, architecture, and engineering processes.
Contribute to technical strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with business objectives.
Prototyping / Spiking new and old functionality for proof of concepts, technical feasibility, and reliable story estimation
Qualifications :
6 years of experience in full-stack Javascript or Typescript experience, software engineering, with a focus on architecture, design, and development.
4 years React Experience
4 years Python Experience
Working knowledge of Cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
