Responsibilities
- Set up machines to order specification for bottling.
- Fill and label products to order specification.
- Clean and sanitize equipment between orders.
- Strict attention to good manufacturing practices and plant safety and sanitation policies.
- Accurately weigh, pack, and label orders according to work order specification.
- Follow work order instructions and operating procedures accurately.
- Ensure equipment and work area readiness and cleanliness in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Maintain safe work area using necessary equipment to prevent accidents.
- Provide product samples for quality analysis
- Monitor and report inventory variances of ingredients
- Third shift time - 10pm-6 : 30am

Technical Certification Bonus : Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
