Full Description
Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine testing of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products and environmental samples using approved methods and various instrumentation, (e.g., VITEK MS, Microscope, Gram Staining, Autoclave, etc.) while adhering to cGMP and established policy
- Generate valid data at expected levels of productivity while adhering to cGMP
- Interpret validity of own test data and generate accurate results
- Advise immediate supervisor or designee of all important aspects of testing including deviations
- Evaluate data generated by others in the analytical group
- Accurately document data and review official laboratory documents (e.g., SOP's, Technical reports, Methods, and specifications)
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments
- Assist in training other laboratory personnel on methods, instrumentation, and computer systems
- Maintain appropriate documentation of training activities
- Participate in interdepartmental project teams or committees
- Understand data integration and calculation of results
- Demonstrated opportunities for continued career growth driven by individual ambition
- Collecting samples (air, swab, surface) from varies locations in production area
- Gowning, plate reading, performing water analysis

Technical Certification Bonus : Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
