Job Description
- The QC Microbiology is responsible for the performance of the cGMP routine / non-routine QC sampling and testing within the function of the QC Microbiology Laboratory supporting our Vaccine manufacturing site.
- Reviews raw data, reports, and audit trails for Environmental Monitoring.
- Works under the guidance of a supervisor but is able to manage time efficiently in achieving timely completion of assigned duties.
- Reviews test methods, reports, data packages, and audit trails to support product / material release.
- Understands and maintains a safe work environment for themselves and others in accordance with procedural requirements.
- Understands, implements, and maintains GMP with respect to laboratory records, procedures and systems in accordance with procedural requirements.
- Will review a multitude of laboratory techniques for which they are trained.
- Accepts responsibility to complete assigned tasks as committed.
- Works with others to maintain a positive atmosphere to accomplish business objectives
- Archiving and filing data in accordance with procedural requirements.
- 1st shift will be Monday to Friday day shift

Technical Certification Bonus : Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
