Director Trade and Distribution

In this role, you will report to the Senior Market Access Lead assigned to the engagement.A high degree of client interaction is required.The Trade and Distribution Director may support multiple clients concurrently, leading the execution of Trade and Distribution activities.

You will :

• Lead the execution of Trade and Distribution activities for Syneos Full Service Commercial opportunities.
• Prepare the client organization for the requirements of distributing its product (often small to mid-sized Pharma and Biotech clients with their first product in the US market)
• Identify the 'critical path' activities to ensure that product is reliably available to the purchasing segments and aligned to their requirements and preferences.
• Plan, execute, and track all distribution activities on behalf of clients and is an integral part of a full-service commercial plan we offer.
• Will serve in the role of advisory / oversight in all areas along this trade and distribution continuum (manufacturing, packaging, distribution) to ensure the proper steps are taken and in the right time.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130k to $199k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
