The role of Incentive Compensation Reporting Analyst will be responsible for implementing and maintaining programs, policies and procedures that support the reporting of achievement of employee objectives to goals and outcomes defined in the incentive compensation and or bonus programs. In addition, the position is responsible for data analysis and report validation to plan specs. The role of Incentive Compensation Reporting Analyst will be responsible for implementing and maintaining programs, policies and procedures that support the reporting of achievement of employee objectives to goals and outcomes defined in the incentive compensation and or bonus programs. Responsibilities include compensation program analysis, creation, maintenance and administration, bonus and incentive processes and programs. In addition, the position is responsible for data analysis and report validation to plan specs. Functions as an internal consultant to identify and resolve various compensation-related issues/questions. Additional responsibilities include:
- Back-office support for IC services from implementation to project shut down, including gathering requirements, documenting specifications for programming and report generation, developing/maintaining timelines, QC, and coordination of administrative activities (i.e., billing) appropriately.
- Provide insight and perform quality control functions on all IC deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation.
- Work independently to process information and data to create reports on activities, trends, and projections regarding incentive plan performance, efficiencies, and possible improvements.
- Meet with IC Management and team members to establish, monitor and review performance.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, finance/accounting, or a business-related field.
- 5 years’ progressively responsible professional-level work experience in the incentive compensation preferably in the pharmaceutical arena.
- Previous IC reporting experience.
- Must be advanced in the use of Power BI, Microsoft Excel, including the ability to do VBA, complex formulas, pivot tables and power pivot reports.
- Master’s degree in a directly related field.
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications (Access, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Ability to develop/create professionally formatted summary materials (e.g. spreadsheets, tables, charts).
- Understand how certain compensation issues may impact other company departments.

Salary : $69,566 - $95,900
