As a member of the US Deployment Solutions Account Activation Team, the Account Activation Intern will be primarily responsible for supporting the activation/implementation of customer teams across all business verticals (Medical, Sales, Patient Support, Engagement Center).

This position will entail the following responsibilities as well as other responsibilities as assigned.
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate’s semesters completed in school.

- Learn and be exposed to different project management and business methodologies and strategies
- Prepare internal and client facing materials (internal and client-facing meeting agendas, meeting collateral including documentation of decisions and actions)
- Assist with the review of success metrics (adoption/usage/experience) of the Smartsheet PM tool
- Assist Account Activation PMs with project timelines and milestone management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, high attention to detail, highly creative, strategic thinker, self-motivated, ability to solve problems
