As a member of the Human Resources Team, the Recruitment Marketing Intern will be primarily responsible for helping to execute strategies designed to communicate “Why Syneos Health” to talent from the life sciences industry. You will bring new ideas and tactics to the forefront to attract and retain the best of the best.

This position will entail the following responsibilities as well as other responsibilities as assigned.
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate’s semesters completed in school.

- Executing global Syneos Health employer branding strategies to attract and retain talent through high-quality, authentic storytelling
- Copywriting, creating visual design concepts and executions, and editing videos for recruitment marketing campaigns
- Social media content creation
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources or a similar field of study
- Employment branding, recruitment marketing and/or social media marketing knowledge and/or experience
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
