In this role, you will be responsible for the management of defined accounts in a specified geographic region within the cardiac therapeutic area, specifically supporting our customer’s products. The FRS will execute the collaborative territory strategic plan through partnership with internal and external stakeholders, which may include call center services (HUB), sales, market access, and other collaboration partners. In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will be responsible for building relationships with recognized experts, specialty HCPs and prioritized stakeholders in the respiratory area and integrated health care systems.
- Calling on targeted leads, selling, and establishing/maintaining relationships with target Specialty HCPs
- Planning and executing both tactical and strategic sales activities
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key targets within assigned geography
- Drives appropriate utilization of product while working closely with other commercial associates to generate pull through within local payers and community HCPs
- Leverages insights & knowledge of therapeutic, market, & competitor information to effectively manage business & challenges
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least two years of documented, full-time, successful pharmaceutical sales OR 3 yrs. sales experience in scientific/clinical/healthcare environment OR demonstrated experience & knowledge within healthcare ecosystems
- Knowledge of the medical, healthcare or pharmacy industry and skills in clinical
- A valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Experience calling on Respiratory Specialist such as Pulmonologist and Allergists.
- Experience calling on health systems and large group practices
- Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse

The FRS will execute the collaborative territory strategic plan through partnership with internal and external stakeholders, which may include call center services (HUB), sales, market access, and other collaboration partners. You will:
- Act as an extension of the call center and/or HUB and provide live one-on-one coverage support
- Serve as payer expert for defined geography and able to communicate payer changes to key stakeholders in a timely manner
- Offer office education during the entire access process which may include formulary coverage/utilization management criteria, insurance forms & procedures, benefits investigation, prior authorization, appeal, and/or claims resolution
- Review patient-specific information in reimbursement cases where the office has specifically requested assistance in resolving access issue or coverage challenge
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years’ experience in public or private third-party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical industry in managed care, clinical support, or sales
- Experience with specialty/biologic products
- Demonstrated ability to educate offices on access processes
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
- Cardiology experience
