DescriptionYou inspire creativity and lead with clear direction.In this role, you will be responsible to lead our media strategy and execution along with our respective agency teams within Communications and collaborate closely with central media resources within Syneos Health. You will have the opportunity to maintain and ensure collaboration in all partnerships across our media group. You will : Oversee project executional elements from a digital standpoint on the agency's largest piece of businessFocus on DTC facing tacticsApproach media plans from a holistic media perspective, putting the strategy firstAssist in delivery of media strategy consultancy to internal agency staff and client teamsCollaborate with data science on optimal way to promote and sell offeringContinuously improve our offering and look to scale appropriatelyEssential Requirements : Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of progressively senior experience in planning and buying multichannel media (print, digital, linear TV, point of care)Strategic proficiency should include programmatic, ad operations, NPP or biddable media on the sales, agency or ad tech sidePharmaceutical or over-the-counter experienceDesired Requirements : Excellent presentation skills, and history of successful client engagementsExceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail-orientedStrong analytical abilities and quantitative skillsThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $85.5K to $130K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
