Job Responsibilities
The Study Configuration Analyst I is responsible for configuring studies in the electronic data capture software in light of operational and regulatory requirements and recognized clinical data management norms in order to facilitate the management/processing of data entry, analysis and writing clinical reports.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $32,040 to $60,400 USD/yr. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.

Study Config Analyst II
Job Responsibilities
The Study Configuration Analyst I is responsible for configuring studies in the electronic data capture software in light of operational and regulatory requirements and recognized clinical data management norms in order to facilitate the management/processing of data entry, analysis and writing clinical reports.
- Configures studies based on the final protocol and operational needs.
- Assists the IT department in developing, testing, evaluating and implementing new technologies.
- Assists various users in their activities and in understanding study and system configuration.
- Carries out user training and coaching.
- Improves the existing configuration based on comments received from users and harmonizes configuration practices with team members. Creates reports, input screens and documents to facilitate the execution of tasks.
- Updates the configuration in order to satisfy specific data collection requests from internal/external clients.
- Creates templates for patient files by consulting with different users and modifies the templates according to user comments.
- Ensures that the contingency plan documents correspond to needs
- May be assigned other clinical tasks

What we’re looking for
Position in Canada
- College diploma in science or a relevant discipline.
- College Diploma in science or relevant experience.
- Two years of relevant professional experience in the field of clinical research.
- Must demonstrate good computer skills especially in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and clinical software. Experience with Access and basic programming experience would be considered an asset.
- Experience in regulatory context will be considered an asset.
