In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. The Pharmacy Vaccine Account Representative (PVAR) reports to the Customer Team Leader and represents the company with assigned customers in coordination with the Field Sales Vaccine Pharmacy Account Executives (VPAE). You will:
- Disseminate approved product messages
- Capitalize on opportunities to sell
- Providing support around vaccine ordering and account management
- Work in a hybrid role whereas approximately 70% of the PVAR's time will be spent on the phone or Microsoft Teams proactively contacting assigned customers and approximately 30% of the PVAR’s time will be spent in face-to-face engagements with pharmacy managers, pharmacist, and other vaccine customers.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ relevant sales experience
- Professional marketing experience, or military experience
- Work experience in the healthcare/scientific field (including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices) that is not sales related
- Ability to travel 30% and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned pharmacy accounts, unless otherwise specified
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
