Accounting Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage comprehensive financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Track and analyze weekly work order costs, supporting ongoing re-forecasting of financial results.
- Assist Program Managers with cost estimates for bid proposals to ensure accurate financial projections.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closings, identifying and resolving any inconsistencies in financial processes.
- Lead the financial planning process, including the development of annual strategic and operating plans.
- Respond to internal and external audits, implementing necessary improvements to maintain compliance and efficiency.
- Present financial analyses, including profitability and ROI, to senior management and business teams.
Accounting Manager Job Requirements :
- 8 years of experience of experience in a finance role at a manufacturing site required
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
- Advanced Excel, Profit & Loss statement and budget preparation experience required
- CPA License is a plus

Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
