Hiring Opportunity : Auburn IN. MUST BE LOCATED IN INDIANA. Our client is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Representative to join their team! Our client is a part of the steel industry and is one of the leaders in steel distribution. This individual will mainly be responsible with tasks such as creating and editing invoices, maintaining information that pertains to accounts receivable / banking, and month-end ledger reports.Responsibilities :
- Creating edits / invoices
- Posting cash to customer accounts
- Organize information for monthly credit meetings
- Maintain various Excel spreadsheets relating to accounts receivable / banking activity
- Collection calls if needed
- Reconciliation of outside inventory
- Maintain monthly reports for storage revenue / inventory
- Month-end general ledger account reconciliations
- Maintain customer accounts / set up new customers
- Collect credit information for prospective customers
- Cross train for accounts payable / receiving and chartingQualifications : - Previous accounts receivable experience NEEDED- Great communication with clients, requesting payment or setting up payment plans.- Great time management skills and organizational skills- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Ect.)
