Pay : $30-$35 / hourShift : 7AM-3 : 30PMOur client is a successful family owned and operated custom metal shop in Newark, DE. We support our talented employees through ongoing training and education to ensure growth personally and professionally.We have the ability to fabricate and install virtually any Custom Sheet Metal, Ornamental metal and Metal Façade project for both Commercial and Industrial customers. Our 23K sq. ft. facility utilizes state of the art equipment to ensure we can continue to supply our customers with the most cost effective solution to complete even their most difficult and unique projects.Overview : Applicants must be able to read and interpret contract documents and specs. Create submittal drawings utilizing 3D modeling software such as Tekla Structures or AutoCad Advanced Steel. Everyday will be a unique problem solving opportunity.Responsibilities :

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and 3D modeling
• Proficiency in fabrication techniques and standards
• Produce submittals, shop drawings, erection details, etc.
• Maintains database of drawing files and revisions
• Professionally represent the company while communicating with customers
• Handle daily responsibilities and requests from management.
• Detail-oriented, strong organizational and accuracy skills, dependable and trustworthy
• Ability to be self-directed, work independently, self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to receive constructive criticism and feedback and translate into process improvementRequirements : Must be able to pass a Background and Drug ScreenMust be able to read and interpret contract documents and specs. Salary : $30 - $35
