Immediate Day Shift Building Engineer job just north of Minneapolis!
Hours: 7:00AM
- 4:00PM, Monday to Friday, on call for emergencies
Commercial Equipment knowledge and a Boiler Certification is a must!
Job :
- Monitor facility conditions to ensure a safe, secure, and well
-maintained environment.
- Troubleshoot power systems, HVAC controls, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain and update current CMMS information for all building operating systems, keeping us at the forefront of technology.
- Manage and maintain various building systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Life Safety, ensuring their optimal performance.
- Collaborate with onsite Client, 3rd party vendors, ensuring smooth communication and managing work efficiently.
Requirements
- 4 years of commercial property maintenance experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of MEP systems, including rooftop HVAC units, generators, and UPS
- Boiler Certification is REQUIRED
- EPA Universal Cert preferred.
- Ability to use a computerized work order system and Microsoft software.
