What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Designer position at Synerfac Technical Staffing?
The Civil Designer / CAD Professional will design a wide variety of projects ranging from small to large projects in the multi-use, residential, commercial, educational, etc., categories. This position involves both drafting and designing your own work.
* 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
* Must have proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
* Land Development and Site Design experience
* Stormwater Management, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Utility Design
* Regulatory Permitting (NPDES) and Zoning approvals
* Strong work ethic
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Ability to manage and design multiple concurrent projects
Salary : $65,000 - $100,000
