Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction administration phase for several projects
- Monitor projects for construction document compliance
- Initiate document revisions and project reviews, process changes
- Receive and distribute test reports
- Receive, analyze, and respond to all form of construction documents
- Perform budget reviews
- Prepare punch-lists and close-out procedures.
- Perform post-construction services and investigations as needed.
- Act as the prime consultant by managing sub-consultants, presiding over construction meetings, and acting on the owners behalf.
- Provide professional technical solutions for contractor questions as needed.
- Initiate document revisions as required.
- Process change order proposals by justifying and estimating, and reporting to the client
- Support the Commissioning process through witnessing and problem solving
- Provide peer and constructability reviews of design development drawings
