What are the responsibilities and job description for the Demand Planning Analyst position at Synerfac Technical Staffing?
We are looking for someone to join our growing company and develop within this newly created position with expanding responsibility over time. This candidate needs to be organized, driven, willing to learn and have strong analytic and data management and analysis skills, including a good basic understanding of systems and Microsoft office (especially, Excel).
This role is an exempt position. Areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to the following :
- Assist our planning and purchasing departments with creating reports and routine data tools, used to support both departments in performing daily and weekly tasks.
- This role will work proactively and independently to try and streamline the existing tools and process.
- Demand planning – over time, this position will be responsible for helping to make planning and purchasing decisions, critical to inventory management.
- Assist our regulatory and compliance group with the onboarding of new suppliers and new products, including organization of related documentation and electronic data setup.
- Special project – support the future implementation of a CRM system, critical in supporting sales, planning and inventory management.
