Summary : An experienced land surveying and mapping company is looking for a Professional Land Surveyor to run their Stuart office. The ideal candidate would be someone with prior experience who is looking to grow with the company in a managerial role. The position would primarily be responsible for using professional knowledge to sign off on surveys and drawings. Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise the Stuart team to ensure the timely and efficient completion of all Survey Field Work.
- Analyze title documents and develop construction staking plans for boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
- Review client contracts to ensure survey projects align with required specifications and criteria.
- Manage and guide the survey team to ensure projects meet client expectations, standards, and deadlines.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee survey projects, including the preparation and delivery of survey documentation.
- Provide accurate cost estimates for bid proposals and assist in setting realistic project completion timelines.Requirements :
- PSM or PLS license (Florida required).
- 3 years of experience.
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Experience managing and overseeing survey related tasks and projects.
