Electrical and Process Control Engineer

* Designing, implementing, maintaining and improving electrical products and systems.
* Using engineering software and equipment for computer-aided design and other complex technical tasks including AutoCAD (Solidworks a plus)
* Establishing and enforcing construction, manufacturing and installation standards.
* Overseeing maintenance, inspection and system upgrade programs.
* Calculating project costs and delivery timelines.
* Providing quality assurance for ongoing projects
* Collaborating with clients and other professionals.
* Interacting with vendors and price negotiations.
* Writing reports and manuals, giving presentations and meeting with clients and management.
* Ability to Read and understand vendors manuals.
* Knowledge on electrical circuit operations
* Knowledge on Microprocessors and Microcontrollers
* Knowledge of Analog and Digital design basics
* Knowledge on power supply circuit designs
* Knowledge on Schematics Diagrams
* Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC"s)
* Knowledge of Control System Hardware and Software - Modbus TCP/IP, EtherCAT desirable

For this role, we are looking for Bachelors Degree in Engineering-Electrical/Electronics/Electrical Technology or equivalent with 3 years of experience. Hands on electrical engineer designing electronic control boxes comprised of standard components and instruments, configuring and programming simple control systems touchscreen/PLC) and implementing the same, wiring configurations-hands on. Potential short term worldwide field work (1-2 weeks per quarter)..
