What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Engineer position at Synerfac Technical Staffing?
* Propose, negotiate, and design EE solutions using software such as AutoCAD, Inventor and Solidworks
* Work independently and lead deliverables to align with dynamic project goals
* Design & schematic capture of digital and analog electrical circuits and systems
* Create and execute plans to build-up & validate designs for function and performance
* Thoroughly document and support each of the above steps from concept to architecture, through manufacturing and use
* provide technical leadership while conducting specialized engineering assignments
* lead on projects including new or improved systems, constructions, materials, or processes having marketable cost/performance advantages.
* Provides technical leadership to the electrical (and some mechanical) skilled trades personnel in troubleshooting manufacturing and facilities equipment
* Develops original design concepts, specifications, cost estimates, requisitions of materials, equipment and parts, work orders, and expedites construction to a timely completion within assigned budget to ensure the highest level of profitability and customer satisfaction (process and end consumer)
* Facilitates electrical infrastructure maintenance and improvements
* Coaches and develops electrical and electro-mechanical skilled trades staff as the plant electrical leader
* Participates in and complies with all required electrical standards
* Remains current with new electrical/electronic technology developments and applies them where appropriate
* Other duties as assigned by Manager
● Bachelor"s (4 year undergraduate) degree Electrical Engineering required
● At least 3-5 years as Electrical Engineer and/or equivalent role
● Strong computer and organizational skills
● Experience reading and interpretation of electrical schematics
● Knowledge of power distribution systems and electrical substations
● Team player with excellent conversational & written communication, negotiation & presentation skills
● Ability to quickly pick up and own new concepts and to contribute with innovative solutions
● Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
● Thorough, focused, methodical, with good documentation habits
● Consistent track record of developing electronics throughout product cycle: from Requirements negotiation, Design, Production, and Support
● Fluent English (verbal and written)
● Must be authorized to work full time in the U.S.

● Programming Allen Bradley PLC experience and HMI software
