Our client in Goldsboro, NC is looking for an Electrical Superintendent to join their team. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations of commercial electrical projects, specifically in the education sector. Other responsibilities include:
-Supervise and manage all electrical activities on a project, ensuring work is completed according to plans, specifications, and codes
-Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, engineers, and other trade supervisors to ensure efficient project workflow
-Ensure that all electrical installations comply with local, state, and federal electrical codes and standards
-Monitor project budgets, controlling costs related to labor, materials, and tools
-Supervise and direct a team of 8-16 people
Requirements:
-10-15 years of of commercial Superintendent experience, demonstrating a strong track record of managing complex projects
-Experience with schools such as elementary schools and higher education facilities
-In-depth knowledge of national and local electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards
-Experience working with BIM models for project planning and execution
-Scheduling and coordinating experience ensuring seamless integration of resources, timelines, and project stakeholder
-OSHA 30 certification
