Key Responsibilities : Evaluate complex electromechanical / electro-optical assemblies to the component level for thepurpose of documenting the rework / repair instructions. Perform root cause failure analysis on defective product that is returned by the customer. Operate specialized test equipment used during the product evaluation. Load firmware using various programming tools Other duties as assigned.Qualifications : Associates of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology or relevant industry experience. Computer knowledge using a PC-based workstationo CAD Viewer toolso Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)o Microsoft Windows OS environment Soldering experience and skill using common hand-held tools Experience with standard electronic laboratory test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, etc.) Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
