Responsibilities : - Reviewing project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine scope requirements- Preparing detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services- Analyzing and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project details - Researching material and equipment costs, ensuring up-to-date pricing - Evaluating and selecting qualified subcontractors and suppliersRequirements : - 2 years of experience in an estimating role - Experience in the HVAC and / or plumbing industry required - Experience using Trimble estimating software preferred
