Our client in Irwin PA is seeking a General Laborer to work in the Powder Press areaDuties : - Assist in the preparation and handling of powders used in the manufacturing process.- Operate and maintain equipment such as sandblasters, grinders, and deburring machines.- Follow established procedures for powder coating processes, ensuring quality standards are met.- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns.- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the powder prep room and surrounding work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely production schedules are met.- Assist with the handling and loading of parts into machinery, ensuring proper setup and alignment.- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines for handling hazardous materials and operating machinery.Requirements : - Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is required.- Experience with machine operation, grinding, deburring, or sandblasting is preferred.- Knowledge of powder coating or powder preparation processes is a plus but not required.- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.- Ability to lift 50lbs
