HVAC Service ManagerA mechanical contractor in Dunn is hiring an HVAC Service Manager to oversee their commercial service department. Responsibilities : - Directing, training, and evaluating the operations manager in planning, scheduling, and controlling field costs - Assuring contractual commitments to customers are met - Conducting reviews to evaluate historical data current trends and plans - Insuring that new agreement start-up procedures are being followed - Training the operations manager in evaluating maintenance agreement results - Understanding mechanical systems in order to appraise and inventory system components- Staying informed on appropriate codes and industry standards - Developing, seeking out and implementing training programs to improve the overall performance of the department and individuals in the department - Monitoring invoicing to optimize cash flowRequirements : - 5 years of experience in a similar HVAC management role - In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems - Experience working on industrial and / or commercial projects
