Key Responsibilities
- Optimize business and operational processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and eliminate waste.
- Develop, implement, and test new procedures to document processes, procedures, work instructions, standardized work instructions, and related forms.
- Identify leading indicators of future performance and implement opportunities for improvement while tracking metric trends and shifts.
- Foster a culture of profitability, customer service, and product quality by optimizing production, business, and management processes.
- Identify and deploy best practices across all manufacturing sites.
- Conduct risk assessments using PFMEA and DFMEA tools.
- Provide clear instructions for the successful implementation of process changes.
- Evaluate compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify training needs and develop training material for new and updated processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality or business process engineering.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is mandatory.
- Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints certification is highly desirable.
