Our client in Warrendale, PA is searching for an inside technical sales associate to add to their team.
Job Description:
- Sell company's technical products and services
- Be knowledgeable about technical aspects of the products, understand client needs, and provide technical solutions
- Providing technical quotes of new and previous projects
- Liaison between applications engineering department and customers
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support and close sales
- Manage sales process - includes development, quoting, support order processing, and follow up
- Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to manage sales leads, track activity, and generate reports
- Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience
- Associates degree or higher in business or technical discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales position - technical sales is highly preferred
- Experience with technical products
- Familiarity with electronic and/or hydraulic controls is highly desired
