Job Description - Hybrid Insurance Account Executive / Underwriter (Brooklyn, NY 11223)

Insurance Agency in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Account Executive. The company is seeking a minimum of 2 years of experience at a brokerage with a focus on real estate accounts / portfolios. Company specializes in auto, home, and all types of business insurance. Candidates should have a positive attitude, be able to multitask, develop relationships with clients, be able to stay organized and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities :

  • Online quotes
  • Issuing / Filing policies
  • Submissions
  • Information gathering and data entry
  • Billing

Skills & Qualifications :

  • 2 years of career experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, customer service and policy administration background at an insurance company, wholesale broker, or agency.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills, and listening skills
  • Experience working with a CRM Applied Epic
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

    • What we offer :

  • W2 base salary paid bi-weekly - $70,000-$90,000 based on experience
