Insurance Agency in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager. The ideal candidate would have some insurance sales experience and confident over the phone. Company specializes in auto, home, and all types of business insurance. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be part of their renewal team quoting in different portals and with wholesalers. Candidates should have a positive attitude, be able to multitask, develop relationships with clients, be able to stay organized and meet deadlines.
- Work on our commercial book of renewals
- This can be a hybrid position after training period
- Must be PC licensed
- 3 years of experience
- Account sizes vary from $5k-$50k in premium
Other General Responsibilities:
● Online quotes
● Issuing/Filing policies
● Submissions
● Sales calls
● Information gathering and data entry
● Billing
Skills and Qualifications:
● 3 years of career experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, customer service and policy administration background at an insurance company, wholesale broker, or agency.
● Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills, and listening skills
● Experience working with a CRM Applied Epic
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
