Our client in Fairfield, NJ is searching for a Molding Technician at their facility.- Scope of job includes working in a work center environment, which includes operation injection molding machine, payout / take-up reeling systems, automation, mold heathers / chillers, hot runner systems, computers, inspection equipment & vision systems- Responsible for cleanliness and condition of all equipment within assigned work center- Monitor to ensure all equipment and molding machines stay in good working order- Candidate is responsible for the quality of parts being produced within the work center- Will utilize all required inspection devices and procedures within the work center necessary for inspection of parts being produced- Work with other related departments to troubleshoot processes to ensure that all internal and external requirements are met- Overnight shift : midnight - 9amJob Requirements- High school graduate or equivalent- Minimum of 3 year of experience with Molding Technology and equipment- Must have good analytical and problem solving skills- Must have good PC skills and knowledge- Experienced in tooling setup / equipment troubleshooting
