This position requires a proactive approach to maintenance and a commitment to minimizing production downtime.Job Responsibilities- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, utilizing appropriate test equipment and techniques- Maintain equipment for industrial production, industrial processing, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyors- Work with 480-volt electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical components and systems- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory management- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employeesJob Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent;
industrial maintenance degree is a plus- 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems- Familiar with automation and distributed control system architectures within manufacturing and processing systems- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
