A growing company in the HVAC and plumbing industry, as part of their expansion, is looking to add motivated and skilled professionals to their team in new construction plumbing.
The New Construction Plumbers will be part of the plumbing installation team, working out of the Lititz, PA location.
Key :
Lead and execute new construction plumbing projects with precision and efficiency to ensure the highest quality work.
Serve as a mentor to less experienced plumbers, sharing industry knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.
Work independently with minimal supervision, while being part of a cohesive team that values communication and mutual support.
Complete all jobs and associated paperwork accurately, thoroughly, and on time, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence.
Maintain adherence to safety standards in all tasks and environments, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Key Qualifications :
Minimum of 4 years of experience in new construction plumbing.
An associate degree (A.A.) from a two
year college or technical school is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
Willingness to continuously learn and grow within the plumbing trade.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a company vehicle.
A Journeyman's or Master Plumber's license is a plus.
Proficiency with technology, including the ability to use an iPad and compose professional emails to communicate with clients and colleagues.
