  • Oversee day-to-day operations of facility
  • Develop and implement plans for cost reduction, manufacturing processes and efficiency
  • Strong management skills and ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements (QC, inventory management, production processes etc)
  • Work closely with QA, procurement, and other departments
  • Oversee budget, ensure cost-effectiveness look for areas for cost reduction
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement safety protocols
  • Track KPIs
  • Other duties as assigned
  • 5 years of operations management in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with quality control, supply chain management and manufacturing processes
  • BS Degree in Business, Operations or related
  • MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge and understanding of OSHA and safety requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO and Lean systems
  • Great organizational skills, attention to detail and communication skills
