Oversee day-to-day operations of facility

Develop and implement plans for cost reduction, manufacturing processes and efficiency

Strong management skills and ability to lead and mentor a team

Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements (QC, inventory management, production processes etc)

Work closely with QA, procurement, and other departments

Oversee budget, ensure cost-effectiveness look for areas for cost reduction

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement safety protocols

Track KPIs

Other duties as assigned

5 years of operations management in a manufacturing environment

Experience with quality control, supply chain management and manufacturing processes

BS Degree in Business, Operations or related

MS Office Suite

Knowledge and understanding of OSHA and safety requirements

Knowledge and understanding of ISO and Lean systems

Great organizational skills, attention to detail and communication skills
