This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to maintain an efficient and safe manufacturing environment.Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.Monitor quality control processes to ensure all signs meet specifications and production standards.Train, develop, and manage production staff to optimize performance and maintain a positive work environment.Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace and compliance with OSHA regulations.Collaborate with management and other departments to address production needs, resolve issues, and meet deadlines.Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges, minimizing downtime and delays.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Requirements : Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment; experience in sign manufacturing is a plus.Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
