What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional land surveyor position at Synerfac Technical Staffing?
Primary responsibilities : - Operation of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft office applications (Including Word and Excel) - Perform research at the town, county, and state level - Interpret and draw Utility as-builts- Review Title documents and Table A (ALTA / NSPS Land Title Surveys) items and apply them to the survey.
- Read, plot, and locate land descriptions pertaining to easements and parcels of land.-Pay scale heavily dependent upon experience and abilityRequirements : -Professional Surveyors & Mappers License (PSM) or Florida Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) License Required-Valid Drivers License - Minimum 40 hours a week with opportunities for overtime.
- Weekend work optional - Minimum 3-5 years - High School Diploma or GED- Must have good communication skills, be hardworking, and be able to work effectively in a team setting
