Project Controls Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Serving as a support for project management office/CAPEX procurement and project controls for a $1MM TIC to medium $30MM TIC size client
- Working with in-house engineers to create statements of work for equipment and sub contract packages
- Supporting existing procurement department with expediting workflow
- Compiling and presenting reports
- Working as a liaison between finance and project office PMs
- Ensuring proper investment project cash flow management
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in project controls including cost control and scheduling, preferably in Primavera P6
- Experience with small project execution
- Procurement experience in creating, posting and monitoring/expediting equipment and sub-contract PO's
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
