A property damage restoration company is looking to hire a Project Manager. This company provides water, fire, and storm remediation services to commercial properties throughout South Florida. The position is primarily responsible for the oversight of the operations team.
Responsibilities:
* Schedule and complete inspections within 48 hours of lead generation.
* Document inspection notes and photos to create detailed reports.
* Use Xactimate software for preparing estimates and budgets based on visual inspections.
* Submit proposals for review 48 hours after visual inspection.
* Oversee subcontractors for efficient and effective completion of projects.
* Ensure work aligns with contract specifications to meet project deadlines.
* Coordinate field duties and schedules for operations team.
* Provide daily project updates to clients, ensuring alignment with the project timeline.
* Conduct final inspections of completed project before client walk-through.
* Track and maintain documentation for all subcontracted work.
* Submit job expenses in a timely manner.
* Prepare and submit monthly P&L reports for all jobs.
* Input all project information (i.e. notes, dates, budgets, proposals, etc.) correctly into Dash.
Qualifications:
* 5 years of experience in the Water Restoration Industry
* Previous experience in large loss water mitigation (200K-2M)
* Proficient in Excel, Word, and Xactimate
* IICRC Certified - must have WRT, ASD, and AMRT certifications.
* Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
