Summary
As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a vital role in the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Working closely with senior project management professionals, you will have the opportunity to develop your project management skills and contribute to the overall success of our construction projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Works with superintendents and foremen to plan, organize and direct activities concerned with site construction projects
- Support the review and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers and clients
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, preferred
- 5 to 7 years of experience in construction project management or a related role
- Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
