A leader in providing high and ultra-high purity gas delivery systems is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join their team based in Malvern, PA.This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic quality assurance team by ensuring the precision and reliability of high and ultra-high purity gas delivery systems and components. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for inspecting and measuring weldments, verifying parts against specifications, and maintaining rigorous quality standards.Key Responsibilities : - Perform incoming inspections of raw materials, customer-supplied parts, and purchased components to ensure compliance with specifications.- Verify parts and assemblies against engineering drawings, job travelers, and written procedures.- Conduct in-process quality checks, analytical testing, and ensure proper fit and function of components.- Safely operate common manufacturing and quality tools, including inspection and measuring instruments.- Assist in the calibration, issuing, and maintenance of measuring equipment.- Read and interpret project drawings, specifications, and work orders.- Identify and document defective components or materials.- Maintain accurate production paperwork and records as part of the quality assurance process.- Support departmental processes and ensure adherence to established quality standards.Preferred Skills : - Familiarity with Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, 14001, or 13485.- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining focus while multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.- Proficient in operating manufacturing, quality, and measuring tools and equipment.- Ability to handle small instruments and components with precision.- Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Key Qualifications : - High school diploma or equivalent.- A minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or manufacturing.- Strong manual dexterity and good vision for detailed inspections.- Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, and sit for extended periods.Comprehensive benefits package : medical, dental, vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; life and disability insurance; PTO and vacation days; and tuition reimbursement.
