Summary: Recruiter/HR
We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR Department. The overall responsibility of the Recruiter is sourcing through job boards, staffing agencies and social media platforms, screening applicants, and interviewing. The Recruiter will work with the management team to seek out applicants with the right combination of experience, education, skills, and abilities to fill a particular position.
Job Duties:
-Manage the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating closely with managers to identify and attract top talent.
-Prepares internal job postings for the company to ensure that all existing employees have the necessary information to apply for open positions.
-Develops and maintains productive relationships with external staffing agencies, external recruiters.
-Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate skills by discussing job requirements.
-Assess candidate experience.
-Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
-Communicate applicant qualifications with managers.
-Collaborate with the Human Resources department/hiring managers.
-Maintain accurate job descriptions.
-Post ads online for staffing needs.
-Schedule interviews for each hiring manager.
-Background check/drug tests.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-High School diploma required; Bachelors degree strongly preferred
-Excellent communication and organizational skills required
-Proven ability in assessing and screening candidates
-Demonstrate competency in intermediate to advanced level proficiency in all Microsoft applications
-3 years of recruiting and HR experience required
-Ability to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
-Strong proficiency in using various sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking
-Experience working with external recruitment agencies
-Excellent interviewing techniques to assess candidate skills, potential, and cultural fit
-Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers
-Possesses sound judgment and discretion
-Phone and online meeting platform skills
-Applicant tracking system (ATS) a plus
