Superintendent - 1-Year ContractLocation : Keenesburg, COPosition Summary : A general contractor specializing in large-scale solar energy projects, is seeking a Superintendent for a 1-year contract assignment outside of Denver, CO. The Superintendent will lead field operations for a solar construction project, ensuring the successful execution of work according to timeline, budget, and quality standards.Responsibilities : Oversee and manage daily construction activities for the solar project, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards.Direct subcontractors, site personnel, and resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality compliance with project specifications.Address on-site issues promptly and implement corrective actions to minimize project disruptions.Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, safety incidents, and daily activities.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and project alignment.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations and safety requirements.Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.Superintendent / Field Supervisor : - 10 years of industrial / heavy commercial construction supervision experience in civil, mechanical, concrete, electrical or solar projects - Solar project experience / exposure is preferred but not required - Associates or bachelors degree is a plus
