- Prospecting and securing long-term customers in targeted industries across the US (nationwide territory).
- Achieving sales goals and quotas.
- Developing a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer products / services, and competitive landscapes.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of competitor products and market activities.
- Strategically, vetting prospects and pursuing high-potential accounts.
- Anticipating customer pain points and providing technical solutions.
- Managing client communication and relationships.
- Attending trade shows and industry events.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints promptly.
- Committing to quality and environmental efforts.Requirements :
- 3-5 years of outstanding sales performance, preferably focused on a technical, tangible product.
- Bachelor"s degree in engineering, science, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a demanding environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, which includes a drug test and a background check.
- Ability to work, 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm EST Monday-Friday, in coordination with up to 40-50% travel for customer visits, trade shows, industry events, etc.
